Lower Nazareth Hotel Wins International Award
The TownePlace Suites by Marriott Bethlehem Easton was ranked -- by its customers -- very high in the categories of cleanliness of guest suites and guest service.
The has received the Gold Award for providing some of the best guest service and the cleanest accommodations in the U.S. and Canada.
The hotel is ranked in the top 10 percent of the entire brand, according to a press release.

Guest satisfaction surveys are sent electronically to each guest upon checkout, according to Marriott, and are monitored by the corporate offices of Marriott International.
“I am so pleased with our staff and we are proud of earning this award for the second year in a row," said Jaimee Umstattd, the hotel's general manager. "Our hotel has been performing at numbers we’ve never seen here before and this is just the cherry on top.”

The hotel won the Platinum Award in 2010 for being in the top 5 percent in the same categories.
The TownePlace Suites, which boasts four floors and 86 suites, opened in 2009 just off Route 248 -- near the intersection to Route 33 south.
