Giant Now Accepts American Express

is now accepting American Express as a form of payment to continue its ongoing efforts to give customers additional payment choices when they grocery shop. The change went into effect on April 22.

“In these busy times, choice is high on the shopping lists of our customers, and we now offer another payment option for our customers when they visit our stores,” said Rick Herring, division president of Giant Carlisle, in a press release.

To commemorate the event, American Express will make a $50,000 contribution to the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, Giant's charity of choice.
