TONIGHT: The Devil’s Honey Tour Stops at the Nazareth Center for the Arts

Anthony da Costa, Plume Giant and Brittany Ann Tranbaugh round out tonight's performers.

The Devil’s Honey Tour freaturing Anthony da Costa and Plume Giant will make a stop at the Nazareth Center for the Arts tonight.  The show will start at 7:30 p.m.

Brittany Ann Tranbaugh, a folk singer with roots in Easton, will also be playing.

According to da Costa’s website, his musical style encompasses folk, rock, Americana and pop. Opening for the likes of Loretta Lynn and Judy Collins, da Costa was named one of MSNBC's 2009 “Top 5 Up -&-Coming Young Singers” and was a “WFUV-FM New Artist to Watch.”

Plume Giant is a retro folk trio made up of three friends -- a guitarist, a violinist and a violist -- a combination that makes for great music and energy.

In an e-mail to Patch, Oliver Hill, one of the band's members, said the group has never played at the Nazareth Center for the Arts, but they “can’t wait."

The final performer of the night will be Tranbaugh, a young and aspiring folk singer who “ …exhibits a poetic maturity far beyond her years that makes you know she understands the tribulations of everyday highs and lows amidst finger picked-guitar music in the majority of her songs," according to Lauren Gruber, a Philadelphia broadcaster.

The combination of da Costa, Plume Giant and Tranbaugh promises to be a night of incredible talent, passion and overwhelming harmonies.
