Date of Show is Sunday, March 27th, 2011 at the Hampton Inn Easton, 3723 Easton-Nazareth Highway, Easton, PA 18045 from
11:00am – 5:00pm
Single Booth is $100.00 paid in full with registration; Double Booth is $200.00 and each booth (8x8 booth space with one 6 ft. table clothed and draped & will include a two chairs)
All checks should be made payable to “Hampton Inn”. Checks and registration must be received prior to March, 4th, 2011.

Each bride will receive a program as she registers at the door which will list the vendors.
As a vendor, you will receive:
• A hospitality suite providing food & drink. This room will be for vendors only.
• Adequate supply of FREE tickets to distribute to brides and her guests.
• Direct mailing list of brides attending the show.
• An 8x8 booth space with one 6 ft. table clothed and draped.
• Electrical outlets available.
• Door prizes will be given away at the show. (We asked that all vendors participate in the door prize giveaways by donating a gift certificate or giveaway of at least a $50.00 value). We will need this information along with your registration form. All door prizes
must be received by March 4, 2011.
• All vendors will receive printed flyers and an electronic of the flyer to advertise the show.
