Candlelight Walking Tours

History and the Christmas spirit combine in this annual walking tour through the lovely borough of Nazareth on Saturday, December 10th.  Costumed guides lead tour guests to six different locations to enjoy the sights, sounds and stories of the holidays on this special evening.

Regardless of the winter weather, luminaries will warm spirits and light the path to each site.  Participants should come dressed for the weather as the tour is only cancelled with extreme icy conditions.  Transportation is available for the hilly portion from Hall Square to Holy Family.

Each site has a unique way of sharing holiday traditions including Santa Claus reading the Night Before Christmas at the Public Library, Putz, lovefeast and music at Nazareth Moravian Church, Live Nativity and star making at Moravian Hall Square, Music and cookies at Holy Family, Historic vignettes at the Whitefield House and Gray Cottage and new this year, Dick Boak sharing the Martin story at the Martin homestead.
