This Week in Road Projects: Herbicide Spraying Operation, Pothole Patching and More

Make your commute a little easier by avoiding the following road work this week:

• From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on May 16, crews will be doing shoulder and widening work on Henry Road between Jacobsburg Road and Sullivan Trail in Bushkill Township.  There will be lane restrictions.
• From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on May 16, crews will be patching potholes on Route 33 between Tatamy and Belfast roads in Stockertown.  There will be northbound lane restrictions.
• From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 16 to 18, crews will be patching potholes on High Street between Bushkill Center and Cherry Hill roads in Upper Nazareth and Bushkill townships.  There will be lane restrictions.
• From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on May 17, crews will be patching potholes on Route 33 between Belfast Road and Route 191 in Stockertown.  There will be southbound lane restrictions.
• From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 17 to 19, crews will be doing shoulder and widening work on Filetown Road between Jacobsburg Road and Sullivan Trail in Bushkill Township.  There will be lane restrictions.
• From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 19 to 20, crews will be patching potholes on Cherry Hill Road between Route 946 and Bushkill Center Road in Bushkill Township.  There will be lane restrictions.
• From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 19 to 20, crews will be conducting a mobile herbicide vegetation spraying operation on all Route 33 ramps between Route 78 and the Monroe County line in Bethlehem and in the townships of Palmer, Lower Nazareth, Bushkill and Plainfield.  There will be ramp restrictions.
• From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on May 20, crews will be patching potholes on Delabole Road between O.W. and Church roads in Plainfield Township.  There will be lane restrictions.
• From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on May 20, crews will be patching potholes on Route 512 between Sullivan Trail and Male Street in Plainfield Township.  There will be lane restrictions.
