The National Weather Service posted a winter storm watch at 3:55 p.m. today for the Lehigh Valley, southern areas of the Poconos and northwestern New Jersey. The watch runs from Thursday evening into Friday morning.
The National Weather Service forecast calls for rain Thursday afternoon turning to snow Thursday night into Friday morning.
