I just don't understand why ToT is NOT on Halloween in Plainfield and Wind Gap. I live in Plainfield and am glad I don't have kids.

I grew up in Plainfield Township, and I always wondered the same thing!

We'd do trick-or-treating in Plainfied. Then, because nighttime was much more Halloween-y, we'd go out again in Forks Township.

Sorry to say, but I no longer give out due to the greedy parents that insist on driving their kids all over to get the most they can. I would love to be able to give out to the local 20 -25 kids in the neighborhood, but when one gets well over 300 kids, that's just TOO MUCH and they're coming in from out of town too.

Wow. I just assumed parents were driving their kids because it's safe in their minds. I don't notice that many parents who drive their kids in town, but when I lived in Eagle's Landing they did. I didn't mind the increase in traffic, though. I gave until I had no more, and turned out the light. It's fun for the kids, and that's enough for me.

They come in by the car load to my neighborhood because its a development. I get annoyed, but the kids that live in the country with no neighbors deserve alitttle fun, too!

Was wondering the same thing which is why I ended up here. With "Sandy" coming and supposed to be on us around Halloween, I would hope so for the kids.
