Alleged Naked Guy Going from McDonald's to County Court
Patrick Brewer, 53, of Wind Gap, smiled as he drove off with his McDonald's order—after he allegedly exposed himself from the waist down to three young women who work there.
The paroled killer accused of ordering McDonald's while naked from the waist down is headed for a Northampton County courtroom.
Patrick Anthony Brewer, 53, of Wind Gap, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Thursday in front of senior District Judge Sherwood R. Grigg.
Also waived for Northampton County Court are three counts each of indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and harassment.
Brewer, who was sent back to Northampton County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail, is being represented by Charles W. Gordon of Bushkill Township, court records say.
A criminal complaint filed by Plainfield Township officer Scott Zabriskie says he was dispatched to McDonald’s Aug. 29 for an indecent exposure incident. The McDonald’s is on the Route 512 retail strip that is mostly in Wind Gap, but the restaurant is just outside the borough line in Plainfield.
Zabriskie met with the restaurant manager and three female employees. The women explained that a customer, later identified as Brewer, pulled up to the first drive-thru window, where a woman noticed he was naked from the waist down. She said he exposed himself.
The woman notified the manager, but Brewer already had pulled up to the pick-up window, where the other two women saw he was partially naked. They said he exposed himself and “smiled.” Then he drove away with his order.
The records list two items under “prior record”—1982, murder in the second degree, 100-year sentence, and 1978, murder in the first degree. No further information is given on either case.
The records also contain a warrant dated Aug. 30 from the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole. It says Brewer was paroled on Jan. 17, 2007 from Florida.
The records also say Brewer has worked full time for an area lawn care company for three-and-half years.

Two murders with 100 yr. sentence? What is this guy doing in public then? Who's the idiot that allowed this?

Another murder out of prison! Anyone remember the Michael Ballard quadruple homicide in Northampton Boro in 2010? Another instance where a murderer was set free from Lehigh County Prison. At least Mr. Brewer did not kill again, that we know of- but still is not contributing to society! What is this world coming to? Why are these people being set free? This can only be a recipe for disaster. People go to jail and are fined for all kinds things less than this, but a murderer is set free? Really doesn't make sense. Not to mention, if he had a 100yr sentence- even with good behavior- how is he already out?

WTF is this murderer doing out in public??? Let's see, he committed 1st degree murder in 1978 and was out and able to kill again in 1982. I think the sentencing judge(s) should be tried and executed. $100k bail??? That judge should be jailed.
