Almost nine months after selling drugs to an undercover officer at Target in Lower Nazareth, a Bethlehem Township man was arrested on Feb. 9, according to charges filed by Colonial Regional Police.

Police say Anthony Cannon, 20, of 4060 Farmersville Road, sold marijuana and Ecstasy on two occasions back in May.

After eluding police for several months, Cannon was arrested by Palmer Township police on unrelated charges.

Cannon was arraigned before District Judge Joseph Barner.  Bail was set at $10,000.
