A Lower Nazareth Township man allegedly drove an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) through a field of soybeans -- damaging the crops -- near the 300 block of Nazareth Pike, according to Colonial Regional Police.

Peter Keiper, 33, of the 400 block of Hartman Road, was previously told to not trespass on the property, police say.

Police were notified of the damaged crops on Nov. 15. The ensuing investigation and witness statements led police to Keiper.

Keiper is facing charges of criminal mischief and trespassing, according to police.
