Democrat Matt Cartwright and Republican Laureen Cummings will square off for the newly redrawn 17th Congressional District seat.
Matt Cartwright ousted U.S. Rep Tim Holden (D) in the primary to run for the 17th Congressional District in November. Cartwright will now face Scranton Tea Party founder Laureen Cummings.
