This dog's photo has been circulated all around on Facebook in the area. I have tried to locate the owner of the dog and I think I have been able to message her on Facebook. I gave her a link to this article and the number to the business office of the Upper Naz Police. Glad to see he has been found and is safe, wherever he is!! Hopefully he can be home with his family for the holidays!!!
