A Bath man has been cited for indecent exposure after he allegedly masturbated in front of the A-Plus Convenience store on November 22, according to Detective Sergeant Michael Melinsky of the Colonial Regional Police Department.

At approximately 10:30 p.m., Howard Josephberg, 61, of 535 East Northampton Street, made a small purchase at the A-Plus Convenience store at 109 West Main Street, according to Melinksy.

He then left the store, stood on the sidewalk in front of the store window, and proceeded to masturbate within view of the store's clerk, Melinsky said.

A summons will be sent to Josephberg and charges will be filed with Judge John C. Capobianco.
