Applications Being Accepted for Citizens' Police Academy
Colonial Regional Police will offer another round of Citizens' Police Academy, which will be held weekly from Aug. 29 to Nov. 14.
Colonial Regional Police will again offer its Citizens' Police Academy, which will be held weekly from Aug. 29 to Nov. 14.
According to a press release, the academy allows residents to see for themselves what their local police officers do in the course of a work day.
Courses will include:
- The Pennsylvania Crimes Code;
- Use of force;
- An accident investigation;
- And more
Participants will also get the chance to do a ride-along and tour Northampton County Prison and Northampton County's 911 Center.
All participants must submit an application, which can be found at www.colonialregionalpd.org, by Aug. 15.

Did they not see Police Academy 4, Citizens on Patrol? Captain Harris is going to go out of their way to make sure this fails and then there's the citizens... Butterworth and Mrs. Feldman are gonna mess the whole thing up.
