Pennsylvania 2-1-1 Lists Toys for Tots Sign-up Dates

The staff at PA 211 EAST has compiled a list of organizations and deadlines for registering for the Toys for Tots program in Lehigh and Northampton counties this season. For the most up-to-date listings, dial 2-1-1 or visit our website at: http://www.uwlanc.org/holiday-resources

 

Salvation Army-Allentown, 144 North 8th Street, Allentown. (610) 432-0129

  • Toys for Tots Sign-ups: October 23-25, 2012, 9 a.m.-noon
  • Make-up dates: November 7 & 14, 2012, 9 a.m.-noon; December 1, 2012, 9 a.m.-noon

 

Salvation Army-Bethlehem, 521 Pembroke Road, Bethlehem. (610) 867-4681

  • Toys for Tots Sign-ups: October 22-25, 2012, 9-11:30 a.m. and 1-2:15 p.m.

 

Salvation Army-Easton, 1110 Northampton Street, Easton. (610) 258-9531

  • Toys for Tots make-up day: November 1, 2012, 9 a.m.-noon and 1-5 p.m.

 

Salvation Army-Pen Argyl, 301 West Main Street, Pen Argyl.  (610) 863-6677

  • Toys for Tots Sign-ups: October 29 & 30, 2012, from 10 a.m.-noon; October 31, 2012, from 1-4 p.m.

 

 

You must bring: photo ID (photo/driver’s license), proof of residence (rent receipt or lease), proof of income (paystubs, Social Security check, welfare receipt, unemployment/ disability receipt, child support); social security cards for each family member; utility bills and expenses. In addition, some Salvation Army offices require birth certificates for each child 12 and under, while others require them for all household members, please verify with your local office.

Information on a broad range of human services, including basic needs, food pantries, housing and utility assistance, support groups, health care, youth programs and aging services and much more, is provided with one simple call.  Whether looking for help or wishing to give help, 2-1-1 is the number that can connect you. Staff are available Monday through Friday, 7 am-6:30 pm. If 2-1-1 is not accessible on your phone, staff can also be reached by dialing: 1-(855) 501-6785.
